Entering the World of Audio

After many years, and many requests from fans, I've finally taken the plunge into audio!

*breathes deeply*

It's a major and necessary step, but so far, it's not as scary as I thought it would be! Based on advice from fellow authors, I decided to go through ACX, and thus far, the process has been painless.

Having two series, I decided to start with The Dragonath Chronicles, since it's complete and uploaded the information for The Lost Heir. Amazingly, I received my first audition that night, and they continued to roll in over the following week.

It was surreal to listen to such talented actors read my work. They each brought their own uniqueness and interpretation to the table which was beautiful to hear. Although they all read the same passage, they each took me on a different journey, and I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of talent I had to choose from.

Making a final decision was difficult, but with some help from my Honeybee, I managed!

Meet the voice of Dragonath, Teddy Fahey!

He perfectly captured the suspenseful atmosphere and the tension between the characters. And, I have to admit, I could listen to his voice all day!
